It also allows creation of additional folios to segregate charges for Rooms, F&B, Telephone, and other Revenue Departments which is necessary for corporate guests and travel agency bookings. The front office module has a powerful guest history feature to track the stay of guests as well as their spending. Guest details can be used for direct marketing campaigns and promotional offers. Guest comments and feedback can be registered into the system for corrective action by the property staff.
